01. No Standard Returns or Exchanges
House of Aayushree garments are bespoke — created specifically according to the design, fabric and measurements you provide. Because of this, they are not eligible for standard return or exchange.
02. Defects & Fit Adjustments
If your garment has a genuine defect, deficiency, or material deviation from what was agreed, your rights remain preserved — please contact us so we can put it right.
A few things sit outside this: everyday wear and tear, damage from washing or care that didn't follow our Fabric Care guide, damage that happens after delivery, and the natural character of handcrafted work — a slight variation in hand embroidery, weave, or dye lot is part of what makes a piece handmade, not a flaw in it.
