Refund Policy

Because every House of Aayushree piece is made specifically for you, we don't offer a general change-of-mind refund. Here's when a refund does apply.

01. Cancelling Your Order

If you cancel your confirmed order within two days of confirmation, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. See our Cancellation Policy for the full detail.

Once the two-day window has passed, no standard cancellation or refund is available.

02. If Something's Wrong On Our End

If House of Aayushree is unable to fulfil your confirmed order, the full amount you paid will be refunded.

If an issue arises from our own workmanship, or a material deviation from what was agreed, we take responsibility and work with you toward an appropriate resolution — which may include a correction rather than an automatic refund, where a reasonable fix can resolve the issue.

03. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory refund right or remedy you're entitled to under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
