Order & Ordering Policy
01. How an Order Comes Together
- You contact us through our website, WhatsApp, social media, phone or email.
- We understand your design, requirements, measurements, fabric, embroidery, embellishments and other bespoke details.
- We share a quotation for your custom creation's cost, for your approval on our website. A quotation can stay open while you decide — there's no expiry period.
- Once approved, we collect your shipping details and generate an invoice covering the creation cost, GST, and an estimated shipping cost.
- Your order is CONFIRMED once this invoice is paid.
- The two-day cancellation window begins from this confirmed-order point.
- We collect your detailed measurements.
- After the cancellation window, and once your measurements are in, production and design work proceeds.
- Once your garment is stitched, we share quality check photos on the website. You approve it, approve it as-is, or request a change — a no-cost change ships under the same quotation; an added-cost change is a revised quotation, with only the difference collected. Once approved, we collect your shipping address and dispatch.
02. Timelines & Multiple Garments
Your quotation includes a tentative completion timeline for your creation and an estimated shipping timeline based on courier and destination — both are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Ordering more than one garment? If you'd like everything delivered together to save on shipping, your quotation covers all pieces under one invoice, with the timeline set by whichever piece takes longest. If you need something sooner, we can split your order — each timeline gets its own quotation and invoice, with its own cost, GST and shipping.
03. Ordering for Yourself, Your Child, or Someone Else
You can order for yourself, your children, or another person. Each person currently has an individual customer profile and retained measurement record, with OTP-based sign-in rather than a password — we don't currently offer a linked parent-child account structure.
If you're ordering for someone else, they ideally should have their own customer profile too, so their measurements are retained and future orders are easier.
04. Design, Fabric & Changes
You can create a garment entirely from scratch, or share a concept, sketch, reference image or detailed requirements for us to develop. A reference image helps us understand your direction — it doesn't mean the image will necessarily be reproduced exactly.
You can choose fabric from our collection, provide your own, or ask us to help arrange it. Embroidery and other bespoke embellishments are available depending on the design, with any related cost reflected in your quotation.
Design changes can be accommodated where reasonably possible at that stage of creation. If a change requires additional fabric, embroidery, embellishment or workmanship cost, we'll tell you before proceeding. Design changes aren't unlimited. Changes requested at quality check, after your garment is stitched, follow the same principle — see "How an Order Comes Together" above.
