Alteration Policy
01. The Free Alteration
Every House of Aayushree bespoke order includes one free alteration, for fit adjustment based on the original measurements and details provided for that order.
The free alteration must be requested within 10 days of receiving your garment. You're responsible for courier charges both ways.
02. What It Doesn't Cover
The free alteration addresses a fit issue based on the measurements you originally provided. It doesn't automatically include: new measurements supplied after the garment was made, a change in your preferred fit, a design change, a change of style, a change of fabric, or a further alteration request after the free one has already been used.
03. Additional Alterations
Any request beyond the one free alteration is treated as a separate, chargeable alteration order.
A genuine defect, or a garment that materially differs from what was agreed, isn't treated as a chargeable alteration — reach out and we'll resolve it.
